On Friday 26th June Safe from Harm, in partnership with Wingate Avenue Community Centre, held a Ladies Day Out for residents of the Ascot Vale public housing estate.
The event was for local female residents and allowed them to come along and receive free pampering beauty treatments and giveaways. The event was incredibly popular with the number of attendees growing steadily throughout the day and the service receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback afterwards.
It was a wonderful opportunity for local ladies to come along and meet the Safe from Harm and Wingate staff in a relaxed environment as well as develop relationships with other local women.
Safe from Harm would like to thank the staff at Wingate for their partnership in running this event and local resident Yeshi Deisse for her work in supporting the event and conducting a beautiful coffee ceremony.
